Noida airport among 10 new gateways proposed for drug imports | India News
NEW DELHI: Imported medicines and medical devices could soon have more entry points into India, with the Centre proposing to add 10 locations to the country’s authorised import network, including Noida International Airport and several inland container depots across key industrial hubs. The proposed expansion is expected to make it easier for companies to bring healthcare products into the country and clear consignments closer to their warehouses, manufacturing units and distribution centres, potentially reducing transportation costs and delays.
